Kyle Daniels | President & CEO
Kyle Daniels is an aerospace engineer and the inventor, chief engineer and head of product design of the Shutter Valve. He holds several patents on the Shutter Valve and is an expert in the field of industrial valves. Mr. Daniels began his career in the aerospace industry with General Electric, Pratt & Whitney and Embraer Aircraft. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s prestigious Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering program, and also received a master’s degree (magna cum laude) from Brown University’s Program in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Daniels is from Miami, FL and has resided in Ohio, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Paris, France.
Mark Kacer | CFO and COO
Mr. Kacer has over 30 years’ experience as a “C level” executive with various nationwide companies including: Equinox Systems, vFinance, American Check Management and Contender Boats. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University and was recruited by Arthur Andersen & Co., a worldwide CPA firm, where he began his professional career. Mr. Kacer has significant experience in finance, administration and operations as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Jeff Buck | VP of Engineering and Operations
Mr. Buck has over 30 years’ experience as a senior level executive with extensive operating management experience in precision fabrication and assembly for the Aerospace, Medical, Military and Oil & Gas sectors. During his career he has carried full P&L responsibility for several businesses, and has successfully managed companies through severe downturn and ramp-up cycles. Throughout his career, Jeff’s executive leadership has consistently led each of his companies to significantly out-perform their respective competitors in product engineering, quality, delivery, and pre- and post-sales customer service. Jeff is a journey level Conventional & CNC machinist. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of the University of Washington Executive Management Program. He is also a certified Lean trainer. He recently sold “Advanced Precision Products” a company he formed in 2006 providing extremely tight tolerance products to a wide variety of blue chip customers.
Kyle Benson | VP of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Benson has extensive experience in leading direct and partner sales teams, integrated marketing, brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Most recently, he was the Director of Worldwide Channel Marketing and Development with Citrix, a global technology company. Prior to Citrix, he held numerous roles in sales, sales management, global marketing and partner management for IBM. He was also a co-founder of Current Events, an events logistics company and PeopleSkills, an event staffing business. He has a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Communications from Concordia University.
Chad Heffernan | Manager, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Heffernan brings over 20 years of professional sales experience including leading sales efforts into multiple Fortune 1000 companies, K12 and higher education institutions, military, and state and local government. Prior to joining Clarke, Chad headed up sales for such companies as Bear Stearns, SMART Technologies, and Harman International. Chad received his Bachelors of Arts in both Visual Communications and Spanish from Auburn University.
